Pieter Eyck is the owner and lead consultant at Pryde, with over 14 years of experience in senior and executive recruitment. His background in both agency and corporate recruitment within the tech sector, combined with his studies in Business Administration and coaching, gives him exceptional insight into people and their motivations—an essential skill in Executive Search and Headhunting.
A transformative personal experience inspired Pieter to start his entrepreneurial journey. He developed a unique vision for executive search and headhunting, which he brought to life when he took over Pryde.

Yvette, the founder of Pryde, has over 20 years of recruitment experience. After studying Business Administration, she began her career in sales and management within the software industry. She then gained valuable insights working at an executive search firm and later served as an interim talent acquisition partner and executive recruiter for software companies. In 2014, she founded Pryde.
Yvette’s extensive experience and genuine dedication define her approach—focused, trustworthy, and committed to achieving quality results that benefit both clients and candidates alike. Beyond her work at Pryde, Yvette has a passion for real estate development.
