- Openbare profielinformatie van sociale media en openbare bronnen (bijv. LinkedIn)
- Voor- en achternaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, woonplaats
- Curriculum vitae (CV), informatie over werkervaring, opleiding en training
- Beschikbaarheids- en verlofinformatie indien relevant
- Other data that may be relevant for assessing your suitability for a vacancy, such as salary
indications, information from interviews, references, and testimonials. All data is provided
voluntarily. - For contact persons and clients:
- Name, address, city of establishment, email address, phone number, position
- Contact moments and appointments
Why we collect personal data
PRYDE is a leading player in the field of executive search and consultancy. We advise and
inspire organizations in building and strengthening their teams, with a focus on filling vacancies within sales, consulting, product, data, tech, and general management. PRYDE ensures the perfect match, from professionals to managers, directors, and executives.
PRYDE collects and processes data solely for the execution of our services, including
recruitment, selection, executive search, and interim assignments.
Purposes:
- To assess suitability and availability for mediation to permanent or temporary work.
- To provide information and offers about our services and other related activities.
- To maintain a mediation relationship.
- To send newsletters and invitations to relevant events.
With whom your personal data is shared
PRYDE only shares personal data with clients when necessary for the execution of a recruitment process and with your verbal or written consent. Additionally, we share personal data in cases where we are legally obligated.
Where your data is stored
We store your data in an ATS (CRM) system. PRYDE takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful processing and will not retain this data longer than necessary, in accordance with GDPR legislation.
Accessing, adjusting, or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Requests for this can be sent to hello@pryde.nl. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request, blacking out your photo, MRZ, passport number, and BSN. PRYDE will respond to your request as soon as possible.
How long we keep data
PRYDE will not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The retention period may vary depending on the purpose. PRYDE uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy.
